Do you have to eat clean to get lean?

For some people, spending 4 months eating nothing but egg whites, chicken breasts and broccoli is easy. For the rest of us it’s good to know that you don’t HAVE to go to such extremes to get lean.

As John Barban (Adoniseffect.com) illustrates in this post…a donut a day can still be fit into a lifestyle that gets you lean.

And as the picture below shows…You can follow a Barban style “Anything Goes” diet and still carry a large amount of muscle and while getting lean (as long as you are following a well designed workout program).
