I bought Brad’s Book and was wondering what the inner circle was and if I had access to it? I was hoping it was a forum

  5. Brad Pilon says:

    Hi Steve,

Inner Circle starts again in January. We’ll be accepting applications in Decemeber, but will be limiting the course to 50 people.

I’ll email you when we are ready to go.

In the meantime is there a place to go when we have questions

  8. Steve McCollom says:

    @Brad Pilon
Is there anywhere to go for questions?

  9. Brad Pilon says:

Generally, you can find the answers to most questions either on this blog, or on the Eat Stop Eat youtube channel.

    Brad,

Good morning. I am a follower of ESE, and have to thank you for your terrific research and insights. I am now closing in on my goal body fat of 8% (which I could not do on the 6 meals per day dogma), and have about 10 lbs to lose (after as you say, allowed myself permission to “be light”).

    Quick Question:
Is there a certain amount of time I should take to acheive this? For example, should one be more methodical on ESE to acheive the goals, in regards to counting calories, or allowing a certain amount of time to lose the last 10 pounds? Thanks!

    Hey Brad,

This is my first time posting here. I’ve read all your books now and must say I’m impressed. No nonsense or hype.

I have a question regarding protein. I read the protein book but didn’t find this covered(it is possible I missed it). Most of the research you covered shows there isn’t much advantage to eating more than 70-120 grams of protein a day. How does one dose this when they are taking 2days off from eating per week? Do you double up the amount on one day?

    Thanks for all your work.

    Regards,

    al
