In high school, I loved art and hated math.

Until I took geometry.

That’s when I realized that their was MATH in ART.

It wasn’t until 15 years later, when I started doing the background research for the Adonis Index that I realized there was also ART in Math.

Nowadays, numbers fascinate me, so to share my fascination with you, check out the following picture.

Not really relevant to anything Health or Nutrition, but entertaining nonetheless.

    Brad,

When you see something like that, you wonder how simple the ‘equation’ to the human genome ‘might’ be… Like fractals in nature but like everything, you only see the shortcuts after travelling the complete journey.

    Wax on, wax off…

    that just blew my mind.

  • Brad,

It’s interesting that people vilify certain hormones for certain negative effects, while ignoring other positive effects. For example, we condemn the hunger hormone ghrelin for its stimulation of hunger and forget that in the state of hunger or fasting it stimulates the release of growth hormone. The same can be said of the two faces of insulin.

Another great post — always helpful in stimulating further thoughts on things.

    Hi Brad,

Those numbers are great. What is it called? Where does it come from?
    Thanks.
