Excellent video on balancing nutrition & exercise to lose weight. If we over focus on either one, we don’t achieve the results we want. And it doesn’t help when you see marketers feeding into “weight loss without exercise” or people who think kicking up their workout another notch can compensate for a lack of proper nutrition.
Great video blog, Brad. From the standpoint of health, consider the Okinawans, Vilcambians, Abkhasians, and the people of the Hunza Valley, who have never seen a health club or a formal workout protocol like HIIT, yet they possess outstanding longevity without chronic illnesses or excessive body fat. From the standpoint of body composition, I’d imagine adding just the right (minimum) amount of strength training can appreciably increase the muscle-to-fat ratio.

weight loss is pretty simple: Burn more calories than you eat and you’ll lose weight.
