Weight loss planner

These days, I can say that I ‘get’ what financial planners must go through.

Simply put, talking with a financial planner will not make you a millionaire. Not even if you talk with the world’s best financial planner.

I can only imagine how many financial planners deal with clients who say that their plans ‘didn’t work’ but only because they never actually followed them.

Not only do you need to learn the steps it takes to become a millionaire but you also have to put them into action. And usually, this plan involves some hard work and some tough sacrifices.

The same goes for weight loss.

I’ll be honest with you – Reading Eat Stop Eat is not going to make you lose weight. Nor is talking to me on the phone, or at a social event.

You need to take action – make the sacrifices and do the work. It doesn’t have to be torture. In fact, it’s a very sustainable way of life – but you do have to do it.

Bottom line – Wanting, wishing and hoping that you lose weight is about as effecting as Wanting, wishing and hoping you become a millionaire.

The people who commit and change the way they live are usually the ones who fair the best.

PS – Don’t have any plans that will help you become a millionaire – but I do have one that will help you lose weight –> Eat Stop Eat

  1. Nice post Brad, I wish I could send it back to my former self! It’s pretty easy to get caught up in all the things you know about weight loss, without actually DOING anything.

Sometimes I think the more you know the harder it is, what with paralysis by analysis and all. It comes down to actually knowing the few simple things you need to know, and doing them.

Eat Stop Eat was a tool that helped me work this out.(and I was the guy on the adonis university who asked a question about liver tablets that made you start laughing!)

It’s the North American way of life. We want what we want and we want it now. We want it to be a quick fix without having to do a lot of work. This applies to everything, the way we live, the way we spend money and the way we eat. Your blog was 100% accurate. The bottom line to weight loss is to stop eating so much.

Love this post Brad! This post reminds me of my magic motto. My magic motto is “JUST DO IT!” . It works wonders for me when I am going through a moment of self doubt or an inner fear that I am not doing things correctly. And I am getting fabulous results! Thanks for the great post Brad. Keep them coming!

Yummy! I think I would have to order all the ingredients over the internet since my one small-town grocery store carries nothing like this, but I will definitely start collecting the stuff! Also, your photography site looks amazing!!! You are super talented! Congrats and I hope it goes well!
