It had been supposed that there was some advantage to having the glucose coming into your blood stream over a longer period of time. This is, to my mind one of those theoretical things that has almost no real life application. Us diabetics know that any/all bread will raise our BGs sooner or later. On the rare occasion I have bread it is done strictly on the basis of taste and texture. Rob</description>
