		<description>Great, simple idea.  Over the last couple of days I&#039;ve been experimenting with eating a few snacks and then a relatively big dinner, or a couple of small meals and dinner.  So this is in line with what I&#039;ve been tinkering with.  Christie&#039;s idea of a bank account is excellent, as well.  I tend to eat more over the weekend, and really look forward to eating less on Monday!  lol.</description>

No strict calorie counting or planning, just knowing that you need to adjust the size of your meals based on what you&#039;ve already consumed or plan to consume later in the day.
