		<description>Brad,&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I have also read that stopping your feeding two hours before sleep is good for GH boost during the sleeping hours. Maybe a little cinnamon in some tea or something may help bring the blood sugar down before sleeping to get the big GH boost!</description>
