    Thanks, Brad! This was fantastic and very helpful! We have a vacation to Florida planned for June and I am looking forward to meeting my goals by then. :)

    Those three lists are a great tool, out of everything in that video..that’s a ‘must do’ in my books.

    Brad, Thanks for this. The overall message you give on this blog is a powerful antidote to all the diet/fitness “advice” that has brainwashed so many people, myself included, into believing things that really inhibit weight loss (don’t let yourself get hungry, don’t skip meals, do lots of cardio, etc).

    I’ve lost 33 lbs so far (still got a long way to go), while not feeling like I’m dieting. Just eating less, not eating when I’m not hungry, stopping when I’m full, and allowing myself to be HUNGRY sometimes. Occasional (not even intermittent, really, it’s so rare) fasting has really helped me understand what true hunger feels like, and that the “need food” feeling usually passes after a while.

    I’ve spent most of my life counting calories, various macronutrient grams, carefully planning meals, etc. It’s been such a relief to be “not dieting,” losing weight, and for the first time not micromanaging my diet.

    Thank you.

  4. I can say only one thing: Do this videos more ofte! :D
    Amazing content, this is like an ultimate blueprint to lose fat and you managed to put it into just 17 minutes.
    I didn’t learn anything new about fat loss, but thanks to this video I written down my food lists and I discovered very interesting things, thanks for that.

    I searched on here but didnt see anything relating to your thoughts on creatine. I just started ESE and see that it works;
    I only need to drop about 10lbs (i’m 6′/185), but would like to put on some muscle (i’m also 39 and have less muscle mass than I used to, pretty much bc I dont lift as frequently as I used to).
    Do you have any thoughts on incorporating creatine to the ESE program? I’ve used it and have definitely gotten thicker, but have not tried it while also trying to drop weight at the same time.
    Thanks for your thoughts
