			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After yesterday&#8217;s post I received a number of questions regarding muscle.</p>
<p>Specifically, the comment I made about the fact that muscle isn&#8217;t protein&#8230;at least not all of it.</p>
<p>Truthfully, human muscle is about 20% protein (of which only about 50% is actual contractile protein)..the rest is fluid (with a super small amount of fat and sugar)</p>
