A Doctor with more than just a slight clue……………..excellent to see!

  2. “Reconstruction” implies that there’s conscious, physical work involved. A worm “transforms” into a butterfly merely laying around. No great and worthwhile change goes without conscious, physical work. My vote: “Reconstruction.”

  3. John says:

    Transformation sounds better.
Re-construction sounds like there will be build in new parts.
You transform your body into a better body by working out, and by good nutrition.

But maybe its for me a lack of knowing your language good enough

Every doctor should recommend Eat Stop Eat to his patients.

Thank you for making an effort to get us away from Obsessive Compulsive Eating.

But please don’t get us into Obsessive Compulsive Measuring Of Waist/Shoulder/Nipple Circumference.

Who gives a flying frak? Is this about getting laid? Relax, and you will be.

  6. Brad Pilon says:

It not about being obsessive compulsive, its about finding a measurement that is a better and more reliable indicator of progress that body weight.

    Isn’t going from 6 ft to 5 ft 6 inches, losing 6 inches, not 4? :s

  8. Bill says:

I really enjoyed the video Brad. But how do you find your ideal measurements for your height? I’m 73 inches tall and wondering what my ideal shoulder/waist measurements would be.

    Thanks.
