Huh..that is cool...

So you don't need to be a seo ninja...you just need good content.

Nice.

Haha I knew it! This post is #2 on Google for "invictus workout" at this time.

Thing is, if you have a blog that people find useful, Google will forgive you for bad SEO. They study all kinds of on-site behavior too, like bounce rate, time spent on site and returning visitors. Being the oldest post about the topic does the rest.

Right on, Brad.

It's called 'HRT', basically doctor prescribed steroids. Hormone replacement therapy, bumping up aging men's testosterone with additional hormones. And if one wants to pack on some muscle the patient bumps up the dosage for awhile. You can bet the rest of the fit celebs are doing the same and probably most others as well. You don't want low testosterone.

Hmmm, I doubt that. I'm really, really bad at all the SEO stuff. So I think the minute anyone else writes an article about this, I'd be about number 100 on google.

I guess that makes me tops for all the non-searched stuff!

And by the time every halfwit will be searching for "invictus workout", you will rank #1 on Google. The internet marketer force is strong with you, Brad. It's nice to see this kind of smarts used to promote the good side of the force for a change.

Oh my. I was just on the verge of buying "The Truth About Six Pack Abs," but now I'm wondering if I should save my money, because all it might say is "lift weights" but in a lot of dressed-up language, of course.

Does Brad or anyone have an opinion on this eBook?
