But you are right, genetics play as massive role, just like they do in height.

Anyway, this just further proves how important genetics are, my black friends seemed to get jacked so fast despite eating fast food and doing shitty workouts, testosterone is the KEY to success with blacks having higher testosterone on average 17% I believe. NOT fair.

		<description>This has been on my mind lately. I&#039;m 5&#039;8&quot; and weigh around 130lbs. The most I&#039;ve ever weighed was 150lbs but you probably couldn&#039;t tell the difference except I am so much leaner and now I can even see veins in my abs. 
Now, I try to keep my protein consumption right around the mid-range of your suggested amount per your &quot;How much protein?&quot; book. That is ... on my non-fasting days.

Then it ocurred to me, since I&#039;m in a calorically deficit state on my fasting days, over a period of time, I may be falling below the adequate protein consumption level. 

I say this because I do want to get bigger ( would like to go up to 150-160 lbs range) and have been lifting weights ( Jon Benson 7 minute muscle), yet I&#039;ve steadily lost weight since I started Eat Stop Eat about a couple of months ago. 

So my two questions are, do I need to eat more protein on my eating days to compensate for my 2 fasting days, and how much fat/water weight does a skinny guy carry?
