Hey Brad, what's the deal with green tea? I don't expect much from it other than to be a benign substitute for some other hot drink, but is there something else about green tea we should know about? Thanks.

Man, I would've been so all over this because I totally dig the work you and Craig do, but unfortunately I'm going away on vacation that week. Hope you guys have another one soon! (Or record it on dvd!)

Speaking about Canada being a hotbed of progressive health and fitness - besides you and Craig, I learned that Vince DelMonte and Chris Lopez (FitAndBusyDad) are also canucks. What can I say, as a fellow Canadian - I'm proud of you guys and really enjoy reading your blogs - keep up the great work!!!

Brad,

My comment doesn't really have much to do with the seminar but I just want to say thanks for always being encouraging...After Christmas I looked in the mirror and felt bloated, I hopped on here and read what you said about how we shouldn't freak out if we over eat occasionally...that it is impossible to put on five pounds in one day and that we should take time to enjoy the cookies every once in a while. I feel better already. Keep up the great work.

Sincerely,

Ryan
